Ms. Elena Clapis has graduated in Law with honors from the University of Pavia, Italy, with a thesis in immigration law.  During her academic journey, she completed a legal clinic in immigration matters at the Prefecture of Pavia, assisting administrative officials in processing citizenship and family reunification applications.

From October 2021 to August 2023, she collaborated with a prestigious Administrative Law firm in Milan, expanding her expertise into the fields of urban law and real estate.

​

In parallel, she completed her professional internship at the First Civil Section of the Court of Appeals in Milan, where she primarily handled civil, corporate, and administrative law disputes falling under the jurisdiction of the civil Court.
