Emanuele Tosolini is a Founding Partner of the Firm and Head of the Milan office.

He is admitted to practice before the State of New York since 2008 and has assisted several high net worth clients as well as U.S. and international corporations to establish and foster their businesses both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Emanuele Tosolini is a Licensed Real Estate broker and as such has facilitated, assisted, and advised innumerous clients over the years in both  residential and commercial transactions.  His legal and real estate expertise allow him to advice and identify proper real estate investments both on the East and West Coast, as well as Florida and Italy.

Mr. Tosolini was the founding member of LLM Bar Exam, a company that trained over the years dozens of thousands of international students to sit for both the New York and California Bar exams. He was also a Law Professor at Fordham University in New York and has lectured students in the most prestigious universities around the globe.

Mr. Tosolini is fluent in English and Italian. He received his Juris Doctor degree at the Catholic University of Milan, Italy, with a concentration on International Law in 2003 and earned an LL.M. in International Law from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2005.
