Mr. Eugenio Timpano has gained extensive experience over more than 25 years of practice, both in and out of court, in all matters relating to the complex world of labor and commercial law, including international law.

Mr. Timpano assists:

• In the field of labor law, companies (including small and medium-sized enterprises) in the management of all types of employment (workers, employees, and managers), agents (single and multiple agents), scientific advisors, independent contractors, and in the resolution of all issues related to labor relations;

• In commercial law, he has extensive experience with both Italian and foreign clients in commercial consulting and litigation. He assists numerous Italian and foreign companies, supporting them from their incorporation and advising them on all legal aspects necessary to achieve their objectives, from choosing the most appropriate corporate form to negotiating agreements with management, business, and drafting commercial and procurement contracts.  He finally provides advisory services and assistance to national and international enterprises, corporate groups and private equity and venture capital funds throughout all phases of mergers and acquisitions (merger, demerger, acquisition or sale of shareholdings or businesses, investment or joint venture agreement and corporate restructurings).

The main companies he has worked with to date operate in the rubber, paper, industrial automation, robotics, chemical, cosmetics, baby food, food, and large-scale retail sectors.
