Mr. Sorrentino has graduated in Law with honors from the Catholic University of Milan. In the course of 2004, Mr. Sorrentino also attended a postgraduate course at UCLA in Los Angeles.

During 2005/2006, he completed his clerckship at the law firm of Alda Beretta in Milan. After passing the Bar exam, he collaborated, from 2007 to 2012, with the Passerini & Perego Law Firm of Gallarate.

Head of the office of Tosolini, Toniutti & Partners in Milan, Mr. Sorrentino focuses his activity in the field of civil law, both for judicial and extrajudicial matters, with a particular attention to corporate consulting.
