Mattia Roberto Geli earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Pavia in September 2020, with a thesis in labor law. Following the completion of his degree, he pursued a Master's degree in corporate law at the "Melius Form" Business School in Milan, Italy.

From November 2020 to November 2021, Mr. Geli undertook an internship at the international law firm "Legal Partners Abogados Asociados" in Concepcion, Chile.  Subsequently, he has focused on immigration law with an internship at the international law firm Tosolini, Toniutti and Partners, with which he has been associated ever since.
